Shipping Info

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Shipping prices are calculated automatically before checkout.
• All our shipping solutions are TRACKED.
• Orders placed before Wednesday 6PM (GMT) ship on Friday, orders placed before 6PM Sunday ship on Tuesday.
• All orders ship from Italy.
• We offer competitive rates for multiple items (1€ per each additional CD worldwide and usually 2/3€ for every additional LP/DLP).
• Items ordered with a pre-order will not ship until the release date or shortly before. If you would like to receive in-stock items before the pre-order please place a separate order.
• We cannot list the shipment as a "gift" on the customs form as we are a commercial operation and you have paid us for the products. Sorry, we don't have a choice there.

NOTE:
• Please add your phone number and email address in your personal information before ordering. This can speed up the delivery and is mandatory for certain countries.
• If wanting to add an item to an existing order Bandcamp will display full shipping price. Contact us to know updated rates. The difference will be refunded after purchase.
• Delivery to Germany is only possible to end-consumers and not to businesses.
• Delivery to Denmark, Finland and Sweden works through a network of pick-up points.

SHIPPING INFO

To provide the best rates and service possible, we use different shipping solutions depending on the country you purchase from:
(A): Italy.
(B): Austria, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia.
(C): UK.
(D): All EU countries not mentioned above + all extra-EU destinations.

(A) ITALIA:
- Pacco tracciato con firma alla consegna.
- Consegna in 2-3 giorni lavorativi dopo la spedizione.
- Fino a 2 tentativi di consegna. Dopo il secondo tentativo di consegna, verrà lasciato un avviso e il pacco verrà messo in giacenza presso un
punto di raccolta. Il destinatario potrà ritirare il pacco al punto di raccolta entro 5 giorni compresi i sabati.

(B) EUROPE:
- Tracked shipping.
- Delivery within 2-5 working days after shipping.
- Up to 3 delivery attempts depending on the country.

(C) UK:
- Tracked shipping.
- Up to 3 delivery attempts.
- Delivery within 4-7 working days after shipping (doesn't include eventual transit time at customs).
- Comes with custom form attached. As importantion taxes are paid automatically upon purchase, package should pass through customs without additional charges.
- If the addressee is not at home, a notice will be left. The notice will indicate how the addressee can collect the parcel. There is the option to deliver to a neighbour.

(D) EU (Other) & Extra-EU:
- Tracked shipping.
- 1/2 delivery attempts depending on the country.
- Delivery within 5-8 working days after shipping (UE) and 10-15 working days (Extra-EU) (doesn't include eventual transit time at customs).
- If the recipient is not at home, a note with instructions on how to collect will generally be left for the recipient.

Return Policy

You can return or exchange any item at your own expense within 30 days of receipt, given that they are still unopened (when applicable). Refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 working days of receipt.

Goods proven damaged on receipt will be replaced by us. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
